Job Description: English Teaching Assistant
The successful candidate will be an integral part of a robust teaching team, assisting in the delivery of lessons and performing administrative tasks. Primary responsibilities include assisting the lead teacher in planning and implementing lessons, creating and distributing educational content, tracking student progress, coordinating with other teachers, preparing classroom spaces for learning, and supporting teachers in the execution of the curriculum.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or DELTA certification.
- Proven experience as a teacher or teaching assistant in a related role. Experience working with diverse groups of students will be highly valued.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of diverse teaching methods and educational pedagogy.
