We are currently seeking to fill the position of an English Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will support our team of seasoned educators, playing a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of our English courses and ensuring high teaching quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead teachers in class preparation including the organization of teaching materials and student resources.
• Assist in classroom management and facilitate a conducive learning environment for students of different age groups and backgrounds.
• Participate in student assessments and grading under the supervision of the lead teacher.
• Provide individual assistance to students during class hours as well as additional tutoring on demand.
• Participate in faculty meetings, customized training, and continuous professional development programs.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or an equivalent teaching certification.
• Minimum one-year experience as a teaching assistant or a teacher in a similar role.
• Fluent English speaker with excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Knowledge of Italian language is a plus but not mandatory.
