Job Description

The Human Resources Intern will play a comprehensive role in our HR department's operations. Your responsibilities will include executing HR strategies, facilitating HR-related workshops, assisting in talent acquisition and employment processing, coordinating HR projects, conducting research on competitive market practices, and partaking in employee development initiatives.

Job Requirements

Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree or be in the final year of their respective study field, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Familiarity with labor laws and understanding of general HR practices is a plus. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is a must. Having a working knowledge of Italian will be an advantage. Technological proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS, is necessary.
