Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operations of the F&B department.
• Assist in the planning and execution of food & beverage events and promotions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content around our food & beverages offerings.
• Compile and analyze feedback from customers to help improve our offerings and customer service.
• Ensure excellence in service quality in all F&B outlets by meeting or exceeding guest expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Italian would be an advantage but is not necessary.
• Willingness to learn and a keen interest in the F&B industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
