Job Responsibilities

-Assist with planning, organizing, and managing all events from concept to execution
-Coordinate with multiple teams including Marketing, PR, and Sales to ensure a seamless execution of events
-Research potential event locations, vendors, and services
-Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and communication with clients and vendors
-Collaborate with the creative team to produce event materials like brochures, invites, and banners
-Post-event evaluation and reporting

Qualifications and Skills

-Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong organizational skills, with ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
-Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required
-Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
