Event Management Internship - Milan, Italy
We are an industry-leading global company specialising in events, exhibitions, and conventions. Our business is creating immersive, unforgettable experiences for high-profile international clients. We are deeply rooted in the exciting milieu of Milan, known for its vibrant fashion scene and world-class events.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist with event planning, design, and production within time limits.
- Conduct market research to identify event opportunities and potential clients.
- Work with the team to plan and implement promotional campaigns for each event.
- Maintain supplier relationships for all event needs (catering, décor, AV, transport, etc.).
- Coordinate all event operations (setup, middle phase, teardown).
- Participate in post-event analysis to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Studying towards a degree in Event Management or related field.
- Previous event planning experience, either in a professional or volunteer setting.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of event management software such as Eventbrite, Meetup, or similar.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
