Recognized for crafting high end, and intimate weddings, this internship is the perfect opportunity for you to immerse yourself in the thrilling realm of luxury Italian weddings.
Job Description
Under the guidance of seasoned professionals, you will have the opportunity to assist in vendor coordination, budget management, design concepts, event timelines and client communication, gain hands-on experience coordinating event details and logistics, and ensure smooth operation and execution of wedding events. Furthermore, you'll be part of client meetings, site visits and manage follow-up on action items.
About You
The successful candidate will have a true passion for weddings, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional organisational skills. You are a fast learner, able to effectively multitask and handle stressful situations with grace, yet energized by a fast-paced environment.. You've great written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian languages. A background in Hospitality, Events Management, Public Relations or a related field is preferred.
