Job Description:

As a kitchen intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our professional chefs and talented kitchen staff, learn our unique culinary processes, and develop your cooking skills. You will be expected to prepare ingredients for the chef, ensuring that food hygiene standards are maintained, as well as assembling dishes according to our restaurant's recipes. Over time, you will start to assist in the preparation of exciting and creative dishes contributing to our menu. You will also take part in kitchen inventory management and ensure a clean working environment.

Job Requirements:

A suitable candidate is required to be in the process of obtaining a degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or have equivalent work experience. Knowledge of Italian cuisine will be an added advantage. Lastly, you must have valid working rights in Italy. This internship will require availability on weekends and holidays as well.
