Job Description and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Education/Teaching Assistant to support our specialist teachers and contribute to the diverse and inclusive learning community. The candidate will:

-Assist the lead teachers in preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes of different ages and abilities.
-Support students on a one-to-one basis or small groups to enhance their learning abilities.
-Provide feedback about students' academic progress, behavior, and wellbeing.
-Collaborate with other Education/Teaching Assistants and classroom teachers for implementing a successful learning plan.
-Help with managing pupils' behaviour during educational activities and on school premises.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must-

-Hold a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Education.
-Have former experience of working within a school or educational setting, or a demonstrable interest in education.
-Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Fluency in both English and Italian is preferred.
-Be able to demonstrate engaging, empathetic, warm, and respectful behavior towards students.
-Must hold or be able to obtain a valid working permit in Italy.
