Management Internship Position

Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct business process analysis and identify necessary business process changes.
- Undertake projects aimed at efficiency improvements and provide project management support.
- Perform market research, compile reports and participate in the development of business plans.
- Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Work closely with managers and executives to implement and assess strategic plans and reviews.
Requirements
- Currently majoring in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Proficient in MS Office, with an ability to develop spreadsheets and presentations.
- Fluent in English and Italian,
- Genuine interest in business and strategy development.
- Prior internship experience in management or related fields would be an asset.
