Position: Kitchen Intern

We are seeking an ambitious culinary enthusiast to join us as a Kitchen Intern. During this internship, you will receive hands-on experience in an award-winning kitchen and work alongside some of the industry's most respected chefs.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing meals according to our high-quality standards.
• Participate in the preparation, cooking, and presenting of both traditional and innovative Italian dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment; ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Learn inventory management, including ordering supplies and ingredients.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, menu planning sessions, and culinary lectures.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing or hold a relevant degree in Culinary Arts.
• Possess basic cooking skills and familiarity with professional kitchen equipment.
• A passion for Italian cuisine, and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field.
• Availability to intern for a minimum of 30 hours per week for the duration of the 6-month internship period.
