We're currently seeking a Reception/Reservations Intern to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

The Reception/Reservations Intern will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment. Key tasks include handling both telephone and face-to-face inquiries, managing reservations, providing information to guests, and ensuring efficient and effective customer service. The successful candidate will also assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and scheduling. As part of a globally recognized team, you will gain hands-on experience in hospitality and customer relations, learning from some of the best minds in the industry.

Job Requirements

Candidates should be enrolled in or have recently completed a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field. Prior experience in a reception or reservations role is preferred. A working understanding of reservation software is a plus, as is fluency in both Italian and English. We require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
