- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, employees, and other stakeholders during event planning.
- Support in risk management and crisis response planning.
- Document event aspects, including financial details and post-event evaluations.

Requirements

Candidates must be pursuing a degree in event management or a related field. Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and negotiating skills are required. Knowledge in Microsoft Office and event planning software is a plus.
