Wedding Planner Internship in Florence, Italy

We are a reputable global wedding planning company based in the romantic and enchanting city of Florence, Italy. Recognized for our high quality service, exceptional taste and impeccable attention to detail, we specialize in creating magical and unforgettable experiences for couples worldwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate wedding planner intern to join our energetic Florence team.

Role and Responsibilities

- Assist in initial client consultations and contribute to the development of wedding concepts
- Scheduling appointments with vendors and coordinating the logistics of the event
- Help in designing all aesthetic aspects of weddings, including ceremonies, receptions, flowers, clothing, decorations, invitations etc.
- Provide assistance on wedding event days and ensure everything goes as per the planning
- Health and safety check, ensuring the venue complies with fire safety, insurance and other necessary standards
- Administrative tasks such as budgeting, maintaining records and tracking invoices

Job Requirements

- Current or recent graduate student in Hospitality, Event Management or related field
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors and team members
- Fluency in English and Italian, both verbal and written
- Valid driving license

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work weekends when required
