Human Resources Internship in Florence, Italy

Our company, known for its stellar reputation and dedication to its employees, is currently looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Human Resources Intern to join our diverse and dynamic team. Your role will be instrumental in assisting the HR department in coordinating various initiatives and supporting day-to-day operations.
Tasks/Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in coordinating communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with employees.
- Helping to organize, coordinate, and schedule meetings.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, giving feedback to candidates, and conducting onboarding for newly hired employees.
- Updating and tracking employee records in our HR databases.
- Assisting in the preparation and update of company policies and procedures and ensuring they are in compliance with laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or pursuing the same.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
