Job Duties:

- Assist teaching staff in planning and delivering lessons across a range of subjects.
- Support students in their knowledge and skill acquisition, adapting methods according to individual needs.
- Prepare teaching materials and classroom resources as directed by teaching staff.
- Supervise students during recess, lunchtimes, and on field trips. Maintain discipline and encourage positive behavior.
- Help students with special educational needs, providing them tailored support in cooperation with teaching staff and special education coordinians.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance recording, classroom set-up and marking under teacher supervision.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Education or related field, or previous experience working in an educational setting.
- Fluency in both Italian and English, as our instruction is bilingual.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Understanding and patience to work with students with special educational needs.
- Familiarity with educational regulations and safety procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and capability to multitask.
