Job Description

The Education/Teaching Assistant will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our curriculum and contribute to the vibrant learning atmosphere at our school. You will assist the lead teachers in conducting lessons and help manage the classroom efficiently. In addition, you will also assist with grading papers and recording student performance. Facilitating a safe and positive learning environment for the students will also form a core part of your responsibilities. The role also involves the supervision of students during lunch breaks or co-curricular activities and assisting with off-site visits.

Job Requirements

Candidates must have a relevant degree and certification in teaching or education, with previous experience as a teaching assistant being highly desirable. Fluency in English and Italian is required for this post to effectively communicate with diverse student body and staff. You should be a responsible and enthusiastic individual with a deep understanding of child development and learning strategies. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office and experience with educational technology is considered an asset.
