Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant at our school, your primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Delivering dynamic English language lessons using modern teaching methods.
- Assisting lead teachers in creating lesson plans, grading assignments, and conducting tests.
- Providing individualized support to maximize student learning and progression.
- Participating in faculty meetings and professional development sessions.
- Communicating effectively with faculty, students, and parents.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- A bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), Linguistics, or any related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience teaching English in a classroom setting.
- Proficiency in Italian language is strongly desired but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of cultural sensitivity, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
