Tasks Description
We are on the lookout for a passionate English Teaching Assistant, responsible for supporting our staff English teachers with classroom instruction and providing students with supplemental one-on-one tutoring sessions.
- Assist with the delivery of engaging and interactive English lessons.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials as per the curriculum.
- Attend staff meetings and teacher training sessions.
- Plan, initiate, and guide in-class group activities.
- Provide regular feedback on student progress to teachers and parents.
- Conduct student assessments to determine individual learning needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field (preferably).
- Previous experience in a teaching assistant role.
- TESOL/TEFL or equivalent certification.
- Excellent command over English, with competency in multiple languages considered advantageous.
- Ability to engage and inspire students to learn English.
