Paid Bar and Restaurant Internship in Finale Ligure, Italy

Job Description

Our collaborator is a home for all guests, where everyone can experience genuine Italian hospitality. In the hostels, guests are always welcomed with a good plate of pasta, a cold beer, and a family of friends to share them with. Founded in 2011, the company has grown into a solid and dynamic hospitality group with multiple active hostels located in some of Italy’s most beautiful cities. The hostels are lively, social spaces where travellers from all over the world feel at home.

Tasks

• Preparing and serving drinks at the hostel bar.
• Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, social atmosphere.
• Interacting with international travelers and supporting hostel events.
• Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Managing basic bar operations and cash handling.
• Supporting the reception team when needed.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Italian is a plus.
• Minimum 3-month internship.
• Availability for 40 hours per week.
  • 8 hours per day, 5 working days, 2 days off.
  • Shift work (morning, evening, and occasional night shifts).
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong team spirit.
• Willingness to obtain an Italian Codice Fiscale before starting the internship.

Conditions

• Monthly reimbursement of €300.
• One bed in a shared dormitory at the hostel.
• Use of the guest kitchen.

Availability and hours:

• 40 hours per week.
• Shift-based schedule including mornings, evenings, and occasional nights.
• Starting as soon as possible.
