Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage all reservation procedures, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate closely with multiple teams and departments to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolving inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
  • Contribute to the organization and management of company events and meetings.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Perform other reception-related duties, such as scheduling, invoice management, and supply requisition.

Job Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in hospitality, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer-service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and grace.
  • Adept in using Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
