Internship Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with our team on the following tasks:

- Assist in all elements of event planning, including site selection, supplier negotiation, and event design.
- Work on event marketing activities, including social media campaigns and public relations efforts.
- Support onsite event coordinators in smooth operation of events.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to offer ideas for innovative and successful events.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing presentations and reports.

Job Requirements

The applicants should meet the following requirements:

- Must be currently enrolled in a related Bachelor's or Master's degree such as Event Management, Tourism, or Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
- Previous event planning experience is a plus.
