The Human Resources intern will assist the HR department in its daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening CVs, conducting phone interviews.
  • Assisting HR Specialists in organising training sessions and workshops.

  • Supporting compliance with Italian labor laws and company policies.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Currently studying or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English languages, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
