Paid Bar Internship in a vibrant hostel in Bologna, Italy

Job Description

Our collaborator is a dynamic and fast-growing hospitality group offering unique accommodation experiences in some of Italy’s most attractive destinations. With a young, international, and social environment, they focus on making guests feel at home through authentic hospitality, lively shared spaces, and memorable experiences for travelers from all over the world.

Tasks

• Preparing and serving drinks at the hostel bar.
• Welcoming guests and creating a friendly and social atmosphere.
• Interacting with international travelers and supporting hostel events.
• Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Managing basic bar operations and cash handling.
• Supporting the reception team when needed.

Requirements

• Fluent level of English.
• Italian is a plus.
• Minimum availability of 3 months.
• Availability for 40 hours per week.
• 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.
• Availability to work in shifts, mainly afternoon/evening and weekends.
• Sociable, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain an Italian Codice Fiscale before starting the internship.

Conditions

• Monthly compensation of €300.
• One bed in a shared dormitory at the hostel.
