Job Description

The successful candidate will assist our lead English teachers in creating an immersive English learning experience for our students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Providing support to the main teacher during lesson planning and execution
- Assisting with classroom management and ensuring an interactive learning environment
- Conducting language lab sessions, focusing on improving students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Assisting in grading assignments and providing individualized feedback
- Participating in cultural exchange programs to broaden students' understanding of the English-speaking world

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field
- A TEFL/TESOL certification
- At least 1 year of experience in teaching English as a foreign language
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Basic proficiency in Italian would be a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
