Vacancy: Spanish Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Spanish Teaching Assistant to join our multinational team. This role will be instrumental in helping our students learn and understand the Spanish language to an excellent standard.

Job Description and Tasks

The Spanish Teaching Assistant will be primarily responsible for assisting the lead Spanish teacher in day-to-day linguistic and cultural lessons. Key tasks include preparing lesson materials, conducting small group or individual sessions, evaluating students' progress, attending staff meetings, aiding in linguistic exercise pronunciation, motivating students and contributing to creating a warm and inclusive environment for our students.

Job Requirements

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Spanish, Linguistics, or a related field. Previous experience in language teaching or tutoring is favored. Strong proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required, with ideal applicants demonstrating native or near-native fluency. We also expect a good command of English and Italian.

We seek candidates who are passionate about language learning and possess a patient and positive attitude. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a necessity.
