Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, passionate individual to join our vibrant team as an Education/Teaching Assistant. This position plays a key role in providing support both academically and administratively to our teaching staff and students.

Main Responsibilities

- Supporting the teacher in preparation of lesson plans and setting up learning materials.
- Working under the guidance of a teacher to provide individual and group instruction.
- Assisting students in understanding instructions, completing assignments, and improving academic performance.
- Recording attendance, maintaining student records, and assisting in various administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
- Experience of at least one year working in an educational institution.
- Excellent command of Italian and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of teachers, students, and parents.
