Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and improving complex industrial systems and processes.
• Assisting senior engineers in implementing new work methods or production layout improvements.
• Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure smooth flow of goods and services.
• Aiding in data collection and applying analytical skills to solve complex problems.
• Reviewing production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a strong focus on Excel.
• Knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
