Job Description

Our collaborator is a small tech company based in Cork, Ireland, focused on delivering high-quality IT solutions and gaming experiences. With a hands-on approach to technology, they offer a dynamic environment ideal for interns looking to grow their technical skills in real-world scenarios.

Tasks

• Assist in the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of Gaming PCs (both hardware and software)

• Support the upkeep of browsing PCs and printers

• Check and manage the functionality of IT accessories connected to Gaming PCs

• Perform software patching on PCs, gaming applications, and PlayStation platforms

• Provide general IT support within the company environment

Requirements

• English level: beginner or higher

• Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software troubleshooting

• Interest in gaming technologies and IT systems

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
