Duties and Responsibilities

- Apply analytical methods and mathematical models to design, develop, and implement complex systems, processes, and facilities.
- Conduct feasibility studies for proposed equipment modifications—scope of work, bids, costs, analysis, and justification.
- Assist with optimizing production activities while maintaining high levels of manufacturing quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Engage in shop floor activities to understand and improve manufacturing processes.
- Participation in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings to ensure identifying and communicating requirements.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources and turn them into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project design and implementation.

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Currently enrolled in a degree program for Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong command of English and Greek.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and also in team environments.
- Strong numeracy and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks, or similar drafting software would be a plus.
