Job Description

We are seeking an experienced intern to join our team in Athens, Greece. As part of the hospitality / tourism team, the intern will be responsible for helping to coordinate all aspects of operations for our company. The main tasks include but are not limited to:
• Meet with visitors and provide customer service
• Support the team in day-to-day operations
• Assist with tour planning and travel arrangements
• Develop marketing materials for events
• Update and maintain records of customer interactions
• Monitor customer feedback and make improvements
• Assist in the development of itineraries for tours

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality / tourism or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and other related software
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Positive customer service attitude
