Film Studies Internship - Munich, Germany

We appreciate talent, passion for filmmaking, and dedication to learning and growing in the film industry. Currently, we are seeking a Film Studies Intern to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

The intern will work closely with our team of established professionals to gain hands-on experience in the film production process. Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assisting with the planning, coordination, shooting, and editing of film projects.
  • Participating in creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Script reading and providing constructive feedback.
  • Supporting the team in production tasks such as set design and props management.
  • Learning about and participating in the post-production process which includes editing, color grading and sound design.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Film Studies program. The ideal candidate will also have:

  • An in-depth understanding of film theory and history.
  • Basic knowledge of film production tools and software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
  • A strong passion for film and a desire to learn more about the industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
