Job Description and Duties

As an intern, the candidate will start learning about the culinary industry from the ground up. Duties comprise assisting chefs with food preparation, understanding ingredient selection, learning efficient kitchen operations, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in preparing and plating dishes according to our company's recipes and standards. The intern will also have the privilege of learning modern and traditional cooking methods, trendy gastronomic techniques, and the art of presenting high-quality dishes.

Job Requirements

Preferred candidates should currently be enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Culinary Arts program or any related field. Strong foundational cooking skills, creativity, and an eagerness to learn are a must. The candidate should have good knowledge of sanitation regulations and a strong understanding of food properties and interactions. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German would be an advantage, though not a prerequisite.
