Internship Opportunity: Wedding Planning Intern

We are currently welcoming applications for an internship in our Wedding Planning department. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to kick-start their careers in the wedding and event planning industry.

Job Description

The Wedding Planning Intern is responsible for assisting our team in organizing and delivering weddings. This includes participating in initial client meetings, helping with the execution of event strategies, coordinating suppliers, and being present on the wedding day to assist with setting up and managing the event.
Other duties include maintaining and organizing client files, assisting with fundraising props and decorations, researching and sourcing new trends and vendors and assisting the social media department with campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in Event Management or a related field. Prior experience in event planning or coordinating is an advantage, but not mandatory. Applicants should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multitask, a keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm for well-curated events.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, be willing to work weekends and be based in, or willing to relocate to Karlsruhe.
