Internship Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Events Management Team in Frankfurt as an intern. Responsibilities
- Assisting the team in designing, planning, and executing high-profile events.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and event staff.
- Attend client meetings and conduct site visits for potential event locations.
- Assist with tasks such as drafting event plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure events run smoothly by liaising with clients, suppliers, and event staff on the day of the event.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recent graduate in Event Management or similar field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A good eye for detail and a drive for creativity.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
