Internship Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Events Management Team in Frankfurt as an intern. This coveted opportunity offers hands-on experience with industry experts and a chance to contribute to high-profile events. It's a chance to develop your event planning skills in a real-world, fast-paced environment, dealing with clients, site locations, suppliers, and event staff.


  • Assisting the team in designing, planning, and executing high-profile events.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and event staff.
  • Attend client meetings and conduct site visits for potential event locations.
  • Assist with tasks such as drafting event plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure events run smoothly by liaising with clients, suppliers, and event staff on the day of the event.


  • Currently studying or recent graduate in Event Management or similar field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A good eye for detail and a drive for creativity.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
