Job Description:

We are looking for a Reception / Reservations Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, answering any questions they might have, and providing assistance with reservations and booking. Additionally, you will be required to keep the reception area clean and tidy, and to ensure that all paperwork is updated and filed away properly. You will also be assisting the Front Office Manager with daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of hospitality and tourism industry
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in German is preferred
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours
