• Maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.
• Learning inventory management and the operation of kitchen equipment.
• Being part of important catering events, contributing to food preparation and presentation.

Job Requirements

• Enrolment in or recent graduation from a Culinary Arts program is strongly preferred.
• A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the hospitality industry.
• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
