Job Description:
The successful applicant will gain in-depth experience in day-to-day spa operations, client management, and wellness program planning. Your tasks include:
- Assisting the spa manager in scheduling and managing appointments.
- Maintaining client databases and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of wellness programs and spa retreats.
- Supporting the team in promoting new products and therapies through marketing campaigns, guided by the marketing department.
- Working with colleagues to improve overall client satisfaction.
- Possibly undertaking ad hoc tasks in other related areas depending on business needs.
Job Requirements:
No previous experience is required, however P>A basic understanding of the Spa & Wellness industry will be advantageous.
A passion for Wellness and a strong desire to develop a career in this industry is essential.
Studying towards a degree in hospitality, management, or related fields.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and German.
A natural knack for customer service and problem-solving skills.
Computer proficiency with a good understanding of MS Office and database management.
