The Role

As an intern in our Reception / Reservations department, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients by efficiently handling their reservations and addressing queries on the phone or face-to-face. An integral aspect of the role involves maintaining a high degree of courtesy while managing bookings or dealing with inquiries of guests.

Key Task and Responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals and departures professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and amenities.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues at the earliest to enhance client satisfaction.
• Closely work with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Skill and Knowledge Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in hospitality, tourism, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English and German, both in writing and speaking.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and reservation systems will be a plus.
