INTERN VACANCY FOR RECEPTION/RESERVATIONS - TOULOUSE, FRANCE

We are currently seeking a proactive and highly motivated intern for our Reception/Reservations department with a perspective for growth and learning.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an intern, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Reception/Reservations staff in managing booking systems and reservations;
  • Ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our front office;
  • Maintaining high levels of communication and collaboration with our various departments;
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints;
  • Collecting and compiling customer feedback and communicating it to relevant teams;
  • Ensuring adherence to our company’s policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant discipline such as Hospitality or Tourism;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a multicultural team;
  • Proficient in English and French;
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not a requirement.
