Internship Position: Hospitality & Tourism Intern

An opportunity has opened up for Hospitality and Tourism Interns at our esteemed company. The chosen candidate will be actively involved in our core operations, getting valuable hands-on experience while being guided by some of the industry's leading professionals.

Task Description

  • Supporting daily operational and administrative functions to ensure smooth management of hospitality services.
  • Being proactive in service delivery, anticipating potential guest needs, and addressing them promptly.
  • Engaging with guests to procure feedback about their experience and implementing suggestions.
  • Conducting research and assisting in crafting marketing strategies that align with the latest travel trends.

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for the hospitality industry.

  • Flexibility to adapt to different work schedules, diligence towards maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.
