Description

Role & Responsibilities
As a Reception/Reservation Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
- Managing online and phone reservations, updating and maintaining necessary information about availability, rates, and reservation details.
- Maintaining a high level of professional appearance and demeanor toward guests.
- Working closely with the Customer Service team to ensure excellent service and satisfaction among our guests.
- Assisting in various administrative tasks as assigned, and providing general support to the office personnel when necessary.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
