Job Description

Our collaborator is a consultancy firm that represents brands and organizes the development of their private sales and marketplaces on the Internet at an international level. 

They specialize in ready-to-wear, footwear, leather goods and home decoration sectors and as part of their development, they are looking for an international E-commerce Sales Management Assistant.

Tasks

Working closely with the sales manager, and after a training period, you will be responsible for :

  • Administrative follow-up of sales related to the brand portfolio entrusted to you.
  • Optimizing offers in relation with partners (products, prices, positioning, etc.)
  • Administrative management of sales.
  • Respecting deadlines and commercial commitments.
  • Coordinating information between brands and partner websites.
  • Development of brand portfolio through international referencing on private sales sites.
  • Research and development the loyalty of new international E-Commerce partners.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and a second language would be a plus (Spanish, etc.).
  • Currently studying or recent graduate in business or related fields.
  • As the internship involves a lot of learning and multitasking, they're looking for someone organized, rigorous, autonomous and committed.
  • You will have good customer contact and be able to work as part of a team.
  • Legal bonus.

Conditions

  • Work in office with an international team.
  • Monthly stipend of 640€.

 

Availability

  • Start date- September 2024.
  • Duration- 6 months.
  • 35 hours/ week.
