Internship Vacancy: Arts and Culture Intern

Job Description

The selected intern will gain hands-on experience in a broad spectrum of operations in an internationally recognized art institution. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the coordination and execution of exhibits, liaising with artists and curators, cataloguing artworks, maintaining our digital databases, and engaging in educational outreach programs. Furthermore, the incumbent will play a vital role in our public relations efforts, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be enrolled in a graduate program in Art History, Museum Studies, Cultural Management, or a related field. He/She should possess keen research abilities and be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in French and English is a must, while knowledge of additional languages is considered advantageous. Proven exposure to social media tools, experience with Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign are desired. An understanding of the contemporary art scene in France is a strong plus.
