Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and analysis of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and water supply systems.
- Conduct site visits to gather essential data and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Utilize AutoCAD and other engineering software for drafting and modeling purposes.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers on technical reports and feasibility studies.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project developments and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including contracts and project timelines.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Personal Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and taking on responsibilities.
- Fluency in French is preferred, and proficiency in English is an asset.
