Job Description

The intern chosen for this role will work hand-in-hand with our Spa and Wellness Management team to enhance customer experiences, contribute to marketing strategies, and assist in daily operations. Duties of the intern include but are not limited to, supporting the planning and execution of wellness events, conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities, and observing spa and wellness consultations.

Job Requirements

The prospective intern should be pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Hospitality, Business, or a related field. Individuals interested in this opportunity need to be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week and have excellent organizational and customer service skills, exceptional interpersonal communication, and a keen interest in wellness and spa services. Proficiency in French is mandatory, and the candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Office and basic project management tools. Previous experience within a similar environment, although not necessary, will be considered a plus.
