We are an established company with a presence in Oulu, Finland, seeking an Intern in Management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a variety of skills such as project management, problem solving, and communication.

Job duties and responsibilities

The Intern in Management will provide administrative support to the management team and assist in overseeing daily operations. They will be responsible for developing and implementing processes that will improve efficiency. Specific duties include:

• Assisting in the development of plans for current and future operations
• Developing and maintaining a filing system for all management documents
• Monitoring and analyzing financial data and making recommendations for improvement
• Researching industry trends and best practices and providing reports to management
• Assisting in the preparation of data and reports for presentations
• Working with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
