Role Description

The successful candidate will work in close cooperation with our skilled team to provide exceptional customer service, creating unique and memorable experiences for our clients. Specific duties include:

• Assisting hotel and travel operations, both domestic and international.
• Managing reservations, event planning, and related administrative tasks.
• Participating in the design and execution of tailored travel packages.
• Conducting site inspections and attending tourism promotion events.
• Providing accurate information to customers regarding their travel plans.

Job Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and communicative individual with a passion for travel. The following qualifications are essential:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in English. Additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the capability to handle multitask effectively under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorization to work in Finland.

Personal Requirements

Interns must display an ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, showcase strong interpersonal skills, and possess a genuine interest in the tourism industry. Knowledge of Finnish culture and geography would be beneficial.
