Job Description

As an Event Planning Intern, you will support our core teams in organizing successful and memorable events from the planning stage to post-event evaluation.

Tasks

• Assist in drafting event proposals, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation, transportation, and catering
• Participate in the design and production of event themes and materials
• Oversee event setup, tear-down and clean-up activities
• Carry out post-event evaluations, detailing attendee feedback, expenses, and event experience analysis

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management or a related field
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
