Tasks and Responsibilities:

Support and learn from the kitchen team which includes chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
Participating in the preparation and cooking of meals according to our top-rated menu.
Ensuring quality control at all stages of food preparation.
Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness according to international quality standards.
Assist at inventory control, learning about food ordering, and storage.
Engage in planning and implementing kitchen safety and compliance regulations.

Job Requirements:

Must be enrolled in or a recent graduate from Culinary School.
Passionate about cooking and eager to learn.
Proficient in English, knowledge of Finnish is a plus.
Proactive, team player, and excellent communicator.
Capable to stand for extended periods and carry heavy cookware.
Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
